Real-World Evidence

A policy decision made in Belgium based on a real-world trial data demonstrates the potential of real-world evidence. However, high quality of this source of evidence has to be ensured, says Pieter Gillard in this Expert Insights episode. The UZ Leuven-based professor calls on all stakeholders to come together to set the standards needed to improve diabetes care with real-world data in the future.
