We've changed the way you complete courses

In response to user feedback we have simplified the way courses can be completed.

Until now you needed to complete the topics and modules in order, from start to finish. But from today you can complete them in any order you wish.

Just visit any topic that interests you, and when you are ready mark it as completed by clicking the green 'Mark complete' button at the bottom of the page.

Once you have completed all of the topics in a module an assessment will be provided for you.

Complete all the assessments to finish the course.

Thanks, I've got it! X

What is even more important is that each one of these clusters may have a specific characteristic. Like, for instance, the trend for developing complications. As you can see here, there is a cluster that has a much greater propensity to develop diabetic nephropathy, which has implications, because now for these individuals, of course, we will strive to achieve good glycaemic control, but we may also from the very beginning add on different treatment to reduce, as much as possible, the risk of diabetic nephropathy. Maybe, in the future, that will also be true for the other complications, including cardiovascular disease, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic neuropathy, and so on.
